Yes, you can book a private driver for an extended period, whether for a business trip, extended vacation, professional events, or any other occasion.

How far in advance should I book my ride ?
It is recommended to book your ride as early as possible to ensure service availability, especially during peak periods. While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, availability may be limited. Generally, booking at least 48 hours in advance is advisable.
My ride
Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation ?
Once we have received the funds related to your reservation, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation will include all the details of your reservation, including the time, date, and other important information.
When will I receive the details of my driver ?
The day before each booked service, you will automatically receive an email between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. This email will include essential information about your driver, such as their name, phone number, and the vehicle’s license plate number.
How to meet my driver at the airport/train station ?
The driver will be waiting for you in front of the exit door in the arrival hall, holding a tablet displaying your name or the logo of your company for easy identification.
How can I know if the driver is nearby ?
Our drivers usually arrive 10 minutes before the pick-up time, and you will receive an SMS notification informing you of their arrival.
Do you provide child seats ?
Yes, we offer child seats upon request. Please specify the number and type of seats needed during booking, and we will ensure they are available for your journey.
Are pets allowed in the vehicle ?
Yes, we accept pets on board our vehicles under certain conditions. Please inform us during booking so that we can make necessary arrangements for the comfort and safety of your pet during the journey.

To confirm your reservation, we require the payment of a deposit. This can be done through various payment methods. The deposit ensures the availability of the service for the requested date and time.

How to obtain my invoice ?
Your invoice will be automatically sent as soon as the total amount of the reservation is settled. Once the payment is processed, you will receive the invoice via email at the address you provided during the booking.
